Are you fully insured?

Yes. The Yorkshire Wrapper carries £5 million Public Liability Insurance, giving venues, businesses and event organisers confidence that we are properly covered when catering at your event.

What is your food hygiene rating?

The Yorkshire Wrapper has a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating, the highest rating available.

We take food safety, cleanliness and hygiene seriously and follow strict procedures when preparing, cooking and serving food at every event.

What types of events do you cater for?

We cater for a wide range of events including weddings, birthday parties, private functions, corporate events, staff reward days, festivals, shopping centres and Christmas markets.

Whether you're planning a private celebration or want us to feed your team at work, get in touch and tell us what you have planned.

Where are you based?

We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, but our mobile catering setup allows us to cater for events across Yorkshire and throughout the UK.

How much does event catering cost?

Our standard event catering price is £15 per person, with a minimum event charge of £1,050, which covers up to 70 people.

Additional menu choices, sides, desserts and special requirements may have an additional cost.

What is included?

Our standard catering package includes a Yorkshire Pudding Wrap with your choice of Beef, Pork or Toad in the Hole, served with stuffing, vegetables and gravy, plus a soft drink.

Do you offer vegetarian options?

Yes. Vegetarian options are available including our Vegetarian Sausage Yorkshire Pudding Wrap and Loaded Mash options.

Please let us know approximately how many vegetarian meals you require when booking.

Do you offer halal food?

Yes. We can provide a halal catering menu including slow-cooked halal beef and halal chicken sausage Toad in the Hole.

Please let us know when booking if halal catering is required.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

We can offer a gluten-free Loaded Mash option served with warm slaw, slow-cooked meat and gluten-free gravy.

Please note that our gluten-free options are suitable for customers with a gluten-free dietary preference, but not for those with coeliac disease.

Because we operate from a compact catering trailer where gluten-containing products are prepared and served, there is a risk of airborne and contact cross-contamination.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free from gluten.

If you or any of your guests have an allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please discuss this with us before your event so we can advise you appropriately.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. We arrive with our mobile catering trailer and the equipment needed to prepare and serve your food.

For commercial premises and corporate events, we can bring our own power supply and water, making it easy for us to set up in a suitable car park or outdoor area.

Do you need an electricity supply?

We can operate using our own generator, although this does create some noise.

Where available, we can also connect to a suitable 32-amp mains power supply at the venue.

How long do you serve for?

We normally arrange a serving period of approximately two hours. This helps us make sure your guests receive their food hot and at its best.

We can discuss serving times with you when arranging your event.

Do you provide table service?

No. The Yorkshire Wrapper is a street food catering experience.

Our Yorkshire Pudding Wraps are designed to be collected directly from our catering trailer and enjoyed as street food. Sides are served in eco-friendly food bowls.

How do I secure my booking?

To confirm your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks before your event.

Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly for weekends, weddings, Christmas events and popular dates.

If you already have a date in mind, get in touch and we'll let you know our availability.

How do I book The Yorkshire Wrapper?
